In this 3 1/2 hour workshop we will:
- Identify the signs of stress before they affect us
- Learn how to regain control during a stressful situation
- Learn tools to be calmer and more relaxed in minutes
- Find new ways to manage when things can be overwhelming
- Collaborate to make stress our friend
- Discover how to live with more vitality
- Practice Yoga and meditate
- Receive a massage
All are Welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring pen and pad. Take home handouts and yogic de-stress tool-kit.
