In this 3 1/2 hour workshop we will:

  • Learn how to regain control during a stressful situation
  • Learn tools to be calmer and more relaxed in minutes
  • Find new ways to manage when things can be overwhelming
  • Collaborate to make stress our friend
  • Discover how to live with more vitality
  • Practice Yoga and meditate
  • Receive a massage

All are Welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring pen and pad.  Take home handouts and yogic de-stress tool-kit.
